Interior Architecture & Design

MHR Designs | Private Residential Design & Owner’s Representation

MHR Designs is a private residential practice providing owner’s representation, interior architecture, and project leadership services for discerning clients across the U.S. and West Indies basin. This studio supports complex residential renovations and capital projects from early concept through execution, with an emphasis on clarity, discretion, and long-term asset value.

With nearly two decades of experience, MHR Designs brings a strong command of interior architecture, building systems, and finish sequencing, working closely with homeowners, domestic teams, contractors, consultants, and vendors to deliver well-considered, durable outcomes. Engagements frequently include multi-phase renovations, occupied residences, and high-sensitivity environments requiring sound judgment and thoughtful coordination.

The practice is known for a calm, refined design sensibility and a disciplined working style—prioritizing functionality, longevity, and ease of living over trend-driven solutions. Much of the firm’s work has been referral-based and private, with long-standing client relationships built on trust, responsiveness, and discretion.
